Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

• Items marked as final sale or limited edition cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, depending on availability.

• If the requested size or color is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit or refund once the return is received and approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@NocteApparel.com with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

International Shipping:
We currently ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, typically between 7–15 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
