  • Production begins immediately after an order is placed

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has started

  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Nocte Apparel is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate address details

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. Nocte Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Customs & International Orders
International customers are responsible for:
