Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• The item is defective

• The item was damaged during transit

• The incorrect product was sent

All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions
Approved returns must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

• Item must be returned in its original condition

• Return authorization must be approved before shipping the item back

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by Nocte Apparel or the fulfillment provider

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service

• Nocte Apparel is not responsible for lost return shipments
