Refund Policy

At Nocte Apparel, every piece is thoughtfully designed and produced with intention. As a print-on-demand brand, each item is created specifically for you once an order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste, maintain exclusivity, and deliver carefully crafted garments.

Because of this production model, we ask that all customers review the details below before completing a purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only offered under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item received is incorrect (wrong size, color, or design compared to the order confirmation)

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with Florida consumer protection guidelines.

Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Items worn, washed, altered, or used

  • Items purchased during final sale or promotional events

Refund Process
If your request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days after approval
